Therapy sessions for individuals and couples are typically 50 minutes.

While I do not bill to insurance, I can provide you with a superbill, which is a receipt for services, which you may submit to insurance. I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy and/or behavioral health.

I accept payments via credit card. Session fees are charged automatically at the end of the day of your session.

AMFT stands for Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. This means that I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and have received training and education to provide therapy to individuals, kids, families, and couples under the supervision of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As an AMFT, I am currently working towards licensure and I am employed and supervised by Stan Rushing, LMFT.
