who I work with
-
Adults
Whether you are looking to process difficult feelings and experiences, facing a life transition, or looking to improve your relationships, I work with clients on their specific challenges, needs and goals. Individual therapy allows you a space for deeply reflective and personal work.
-
Couples
I work with couples of all gender identities and sexual orientations as they explore individual and shared challenges. By turning towards one another and taking the step to seek counseling, couples can foster greater connection, intimacy, and understanding.
-
Teens
I help teens who are facing challenges at home, in school, and within relationships to express and process tough feelings. We’ll explore the unique challenges of adolescence, which can often feel quite lonely. I’m here to listen and support you as you navigate this phase of life.
my approach
My approach is highly integrative, relational, and depth-focused. This means that I collaborate with clients and tailor my approach to their specific needs and goals, taking into account one’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I help my clients better understand their beliefs, patterns, and experiences—both conscious and unconscious— so that we can get things feeling better. When we make space for our full humanity to be known and held with compassion, meaningful shifts can occur.
I come to my work with openness, warmth, curiosity, and creativity, tending to each clients’ unique lived experience.
