With a warm, relational, and depth-focused approach, I collaborate with clients and tailor sessions to their specific needs and goals, taking into account the various aspects of one’s life. I help my clients better understand their beliefs, patterns, and experiences and support them in taking steps towards the life they most want to live with greater ease, confidence, and clarity.

I come to my work with openness, warmth, curiosity, and creativity, tending to what my clients are experiencing in the here-and-now. Life isn’t linear and neither is growth; each week may bring different challenges and areas of concern. With this in mind, whichever parts of life need tending to in the moment, is where I focus time and care in each session.

I believe when we make space for our humanity to be known and held with compassion, meaningful shifts can occur.
